Many Pets Are Available

Please check out our "Adopt a Dog", "Adopt a Cat" and "Other Pets" pages to view some of the wonderful pets available at the Lincoln County Humane Society.

Typically, we have 10-15 dogs and 15-20 cats available for adoption. We also have an assortment of birds, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and even fish. If you can offer any of these animals a loving home, or if you just want to browse, please visit our shelter.

Adoption Fees

Cats: $195
Kittens: $225 (16 weeks or younger)

Dogs: $290
Puppies: $340 (4 months or younger)
Small Dogs: $325 (25 lbs. or under)

All prices include a $25 non-refundable deposit, due when an application is submitted.

Spay or Neuter
Deworming
Flea Treatment
Microchip Identification
Rabies Vaccination (if animal is 3 months or older)
6 weeks of Pet Insurance

If you are adopting a dog, it is a requirement that you purchase a license for the municipality in which you reside. Licenses are available at our facility. Prices vary.
